All conference rooms are lower level in the east wing with guest and visitor accessibility. Conference rooms are well lighted with individually controlled heating-air conditioning units. Lectern and some audiovisual equipment are availabe. Oxford Suites will gladly assist with rental arrangements for additional audio-visual or related equipment.
